Ingredients used in Beetroot Paratha
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chilly (chopped) - 1 number.
• Carom seeds (ajwani) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Beet root (grated) - 250 grams.
• Roasted channa powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Wheat flour - 250 grams.
• Butter - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Heat a nonstick pan add finely chopped onions cook this without oil.
  • Add ajwain, finely chopped green chilly, grated beetroot, garam masala powder, salt, cook this some time in a slow flame.
  • Add finely chopped coriander, roasted channa daal powder, mix it well and switch off the flame.
  • Take a bowl add whole wheat flour, water, make a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and also divide the equal portions of beetroot masala, and stuff the masala into the wheat flour dough
  • Roll it like a round shape paratha.
  • Heat a griddle place the paratha on it and cook the paratha on both sides using with butter.

Serve this hot with curd.

I dont think its roasted. He grated it raw and then cooked it in non-stick pan.
