Ingredients used in Beef Noodle Soup
• Egg noodles - 1 cup.
• Envelope dry beefy mushroom soup mix - 30 grams.
• Celery(chopped) - 1 number.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Ground beef - 500 grams.
• Tomato - 500 grams.
• Frozen mixed vegetables - 2 cups.
• Water - 3 cups.
Method:
  • In large pan, brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain well.
  • In a slow cooker, combine cooked ground beef and all remaining ingredients except mixed vegetables and noodles; mix well.
  • Cover; cook on low setting until onion is tender.
  • Stir in thawed vegetables and egg noodles. Increase heat to high setting; cover and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and noodles are tender.
