Healthy Kebab with lamb and Broad Beans

Ingredients used in Healthy Kebab with lamb and Broad Beans
• Broad beans - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Garlic - 5 cloves.
• Green chilies - 3 numbers.
• Mutton keema - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • In a pan add water, broad beans and boil it. Transfer into a blender and add ginger, garlic, green chilies make a coarse paste later add mutton keema paste it again.
  • Take a mixing bowl add the mixture and add red chili powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, onion and mix it well.
  • Make the mixture like patties and coat the bread crumbs.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Gently place 4-5 patties in the pan and shallow fry, cooking each side for 2 minutes before gently flipping over with a small spatula to cook the other side. Repeat till all patties are cooked.

Serve it with ketchup.
