Ingredients used in Apples Walnut Caramel Crunch
• Ice water - 2 cups.
• Baking powder - pinch.
• Salt - pinch.
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Cinnamon powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 250 grams.
• Apple - 2 numbers.
• Walnut - 5 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add cinnamon powder, corn flour, all purpose flour, pinch of salt, baking powder, mix it well.
  • Remove the apple skin, cut them in to wedges, then put the apple wedges into the batter, and deep fry them in hot oil.
  • For caramel: Heat a pan, add sugar, make a light caramel on medium flame and drop the deep fried apple wedges.
  • Drop this caramelized apple in the ice bath, shock and take it out,
  • Take the walnut nuts, caramelize it in the rest of the caramel mixture. Later, crush the walnut with a rolling pin.

Serve it with caramelized apple wedges with scoop of your favorite ice cream.

Looks amazingly delicious!  Can't wait to make this recipe!  Thank you!  :-)  One note - Could I have added enough sugar to make a little extra sauce then with the leftover sauce add a little butter and cream to make a caramel sauce? Then adding
