Ingredients used in burnt brinjal chutney ( sutta badane kai chutney)
• Chat masala powder - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Yoghurt - 3 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 1/2 numbers.
• Onion - 1/2 numbers.
• Purple brinjal ( preffer round) with stem - 2 numbers.
• Corriander - 1/4 bunch.
• Green chilli - 1 numbers.
Method:
1. Apply oil round the brinjal ad burn it on a stove in medim/ sim flame holding the stem in ur hand 2. burn the brinjal till the skin peels cracking and u smell it slightly burnt. 3. remove the brinjal from flame, peel the skin off and mash it , but not very fine leave few small pieces to be there. 4. Add finely chopped onion tomato, corriander 5 mix well, now add salt to taste, chat masala powder and mix well 6. beat the yoghurt well and mix it to the above said.
