Ingredients used in Apple- Dates- kheer
• Apple(finely chopped and slices) - 1 numbers.
• Milk - 2 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Dates(chopped slices) - 1 cup.
• Walnuts(chopped slices) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Take non-stick pan add chopped apple, sugar, 4 spoons of water and boil it on slow flame. 2. Saute it thoroughly for some time and then keep it aside. 3. When it cools down keep in the refrigerator. 4. Take a bowl add milk, chopped dates mix it well, then keep on the stove on slow flame for 10 minutes and saute it thoroughly. 5. Keep it aside once it is cooked. 6. When it cools down keep in the refrigerator and before serving mix apple mixture, dates mixture. 7. Garnish it with chopped walnuts, apple pieces. 8. Now it is ready to serve.
