Ingredients used in MANGO SHEERA
• Cashew nut - 10 numbers.
• Raisins - 10 numbers.
• Semolina - 1 cup.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Mango pulp - 2 cups.
• Cardamom powder - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew nut, raisins, semolina and roast it slightly. Add water and cook it, later add sugar, mango pulp and mix it. At last, add cardamom powder and mix it, then transfer to a serving plate. *Now mango sheera is ready to serve.*
