BITTER GOURD SWEET

Ingredients used in BITTER GOURD SWEET
• Bitter gourd(grated) - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Khoya(grated) - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut milk - 1/4 cup.
• Cashew nut - 5-7 numbers.
Method:
  • Remove seeds from bitter gourd and grate it coarsely.
  • Heat ghee, add bitter gourd and saute it, cook it for more than 8 minutes on slow flame.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder, khoya and mix nicely.
  • Add coconut milk, cashew nut and mix nicely, later switch off flame.

Now Bitter gourd sweet is ready to serve.
