PHALDHARI KABAB VEG SHEEK KABAB
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Green Plantain
Servings : 2 persons
Published date : February 21, 2019

Ingredients used in PHALDHARI KABAB VEG SHEEK KABAB
• Red chilli powder - 1 pinch.
• Paneer (grated) - 1 cup.
• Lime juice - 1/2 number.
• Chat masala - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh corn (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Raisins (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1 small.
• Cashew (crushed) - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Plantain - 2 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Boil green plantain for 20 minutes , and remove from hot boiling water, if it is left in the water to cool down it will absorb moisture and is not good for kabab.
  • Grate boiled plaintain in a bowl after cleaning it with a muslin cloth.
  • Then add chopped ingredients like green chilies, coriander leaves, carrot, corn, raisins, cumin seeds, crushed cashews, grated paneer, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, chaat masala and mix like mixing chapati dough.
  • Once ready put it on a wodden spoon or sheek and remove (you can prepare it in desired shapes) and deep fry in hot oil or bake in the oven if you bake it in the oven just brush it with butter or else it will become dry always sprinkle little chat masala and lemon juice just before serving and seve with chutney of your choice

Chef, Thank you for your wonderful videos. The outtakes are great, the recipes are great, and you are entertaining and educational! Do you work as a chef/own a restaurant in Chicago area somewhere that we could visit, if we were in the area?
