Ingredients used in Chaat sweet tamarind chutney
• Tamarind juice - 2 cups.
• Chat masala - 3 tablespoons.
• Water - as required.
• Sugar - 2 cups.
• Edible red color - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
In a bowl addchaat masala, tamarind juice, sugar and mix it well. Add red color to it and mix again. Now boil this mixture for 5 minutes. Let it cool and store in the bottle. It can be served with any snacks.
