Ingredients used in Tossed Chestnut Baby Corn Curry
• Chestnut - 5 numbers.
• Baby corn (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green capsicum (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Red capsicum (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Yellow capsicum (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Sesame oil - as required.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Cut chess nuts as shown in the video. Cut the onion, baby corn, red, yellow, green capsicum and keep aside. In a pan add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts saute it. Now add baby corn, chess nuts, salt, red, yellow, green capsicum and toss it well. Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, sugar toss it for 5 minutes. Serve it
