Ingredients used in Tofu Broccoli Stir Fry
• Tofu - 5 piece.
• Vinegar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger chopped - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic chopped - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Chili flakes - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Broccoli florets - 5 no.
• Corn starch - 2 teaspoons.
• Chopped spring onions - 3 no.
• Stock - 2 cup.
Method:
  • Take the broccoli and cut them into florets and tofu also cut them in to length wise
  • Take corn starch in a bowl, add salt, chili flakes by using water, make it like a thick paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the tofu (dip it in the corn starch mixture) cook it on all sides till golden brown in colour, in this add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, soya sauce, chili paste, vinegar, sugar, spring onions, add stock (chicken stock, or vegetable stock), salt.
  • Add broccoli and stir fry add corn starch slurry, mix it well and switch off the flame
