Ingredients used in ORIENTAL NOODLE SALAD
• Noodle - 1 cup.
• Cabbage(julians) - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato(julians) - 1 number.
• Red bell pepper(julians) - 1 number.
• Carrot(julians) - 1 number.
• Yellow bell pepper(julians) - 1 number.
• Green bell pepper(julians) - 1 number.
• Onions(julians) - 1 number.
• Moong dal sprouts - 1/2 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spring onions(green) - 2 tablespoons.
• Sesame seeds(roasted) - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onion(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Boil noodles in water with little salt. Then strain the water and cut them to small pieces and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl and add cabbage, tomato, red bell pepper, carrot, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, onions, moong dal sprouts, pepper powder, noodles, soya sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Add green spring onions, sesame seeds and mix well.

Now oriental noodle salad is ready to serve.
