Ingredients used in Suji Kachori
• Rawa or semolina - 1 /2 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Boiled potato - 1 small.
• Salt - 1 to.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Carom seeds (ajwain) - 1 teaspoons.
• Chaat masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Amchur or dried mango powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 to.
Method:
Pour Water in a pan, add semolina, carom seeds, salt and stir it for 2 min. Take a Bowl add mashed potato, chillies, salt, chat masala, amchur, chilly powder. Mix it well for the stuff into kachori. Apply oil to hand and take some suji batter into hand and tap a little bit. Put aloo stuff and cover it with suji batter. Turn it to kachori shape and Fry it in oil till it turns golden brown. Make sure the suji Batter is warm to avoid breaking.
