GARLIC EGG PICKLE

Ingredients used in GARLIC EGG PICKLE
• Eggs(white part only) - 4 numbers.
• Garlic cloves - 100 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chana dal - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dry red chilies - 2 numbers.
• Urad dal - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - pinch.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves cook the garlic till it is golden in color. Switch off the flame.
  • In this, add turmeric powder, coriander leaves, chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, salt, mix it.
  • In a bowl add boiled egg white pieces, pour this garlic mixture and mix it well.
  • For the tempering : Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when they are splutter add cumin seeds, chana dal, red chilies, urad dal, saute it till the dals slightly change the color.
  • Then add asafoetida to the same pan, switch off the flame and add curry leaves.
  • At last, transfer this tempering to the above pickle and mix well.

Serve this with any kind of snacks.
