Ingredients used in STUFFED MUSHROOM
• Butter - 2 teaspoons.
• Mushrooms - 1 cup.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mixed herbs - 1 grams.
• Cream - 2 teaspoons.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Flour - 1/4 cup.
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Crackle pepper - 2 pinch.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tea spoon.
• Cucumber (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • In a hot pan add butter, add garlic and saute it till becomes golden brown.
  • Now add chopped mushroom stock, salt, mixed herbs and saute it well.
  • Then add cream and saute it, then switch off the flame and add cracked pepper.
  • Once the mixture is cooled down start stuffing this into the mushrooms.
  • Then in a plate take breadcrumbs mixture, butter, chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
  • In a bowl take flour, corn flour, salt and mix it with water to make a slurry.
  • Take stuffed mushrooms and dip into the slurry and immediately coat with the breadcrumbs mixture, repeat the process like this to all the mushrooms.
  • Top of this sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, then transfer these into a baking tray.
  • Bake them in oven for 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • For refreshing dip take chopped onions, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, vinegar, cracked pepper, pinch of salt and mix it.
  • Then add tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mix it well.
  • Once mushrooms are ready plate them and garnish with coriander then serve with the dip.
