Ingredients used in Spicy Kheema
• Mutton or beef (minced ) - 500 grams.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Water - as required.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes (cut into small cubes) - 3 numbers.
• Garlic (crushed) - 2 numbers.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Green peas - 40 grams.
• Large onion (finely diced) - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and fry till the onions are soft.
  • To it, even add chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and fry until fragrant.
  • Then add 1.5 cups water to it and bring to a boil.
  • Later, add minced meat, curry leaves, and green peas tothe same pan and cook for a few minutes.

Serve it.

Need some salt after cooking. Otherwise good recipe
