Ingredients used in SIMPLE FISH BIRYANI
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Fish - 4 slice.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 small.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 small.
• Curry leaf - 1 sticks.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
In a pan, heat oil or butter. Then add onion and cook till its slightly brown then add tomatoes, pepper powder, chili powder, curry leaf, coriander powder, salt. After tomatoes are slightly become mashed, add rice and then water plus coconut milk. Later add the fish and cover it. Let this cook tillfish is perfectly cooked.
