Ingredients used in Shrimp Fried Rice
• Fresh shrimp - 250 grams.
• Rice (steam cooked) - 2 cup.
• Cauliflower (sliced) - 1 cup.
• Cabbage (sliced) - 1 cup.
• Straw mushrooms - 1 cup.
• Tomatoes (sliced) - 2 numbers.
• Eggs - 1-2 numbers.
• Onion (sliced) - 1/2 piece.
• Ginger (sliced) - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Fish sauce or salt to taste - 1 tablespoon.
• Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Long chilies (sliced and seeded) - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Fresh coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a wok, fry garlic in oil.
  • Then add the eggs, shrimp, rice, sliced onion, cauliflower, cabbage, and mushrooms while stirring.

  • Add tomato, sliced ginger, fish sauce or salt, soy sauce, sugar, sliced chilies, chopped spring onions, and coriander leaves, cook by stirring occasionally till vegetables are slightlytender.

  • Serve on a plate.
