SAGO AND SEMIYA LADDU

Ingredients used in SAGO AND SEMIYA LADDU
• Semiya - 1 cup.
• Sago - 1/4 cup.
• Raisins - 10 numbers.
• Cashew nuts - 8 numbers.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 2-3 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Heat ½ teaspoon ghee in a pan and add semiya, sago, raisins, cashew nuts and roast it until it is slightly coloured.
  • Transfer into a mixie jar and add cardamom powder, sugar and blend into slightly coarse powder.
  • Transfer into a plate and add ghee and make round laddu using hand.

Now Sago and semiya laddu is ready to serve.
