Ingredients used in RED CHILLI CHICKEN
• Whole red chilles - 10 numbers.
• Onions chopped - 1 number.
• Chicken pieces with bone or boneless - 2 lbs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Optional ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Put some oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions,then add the coarsely crushed red chilli powder and fry.
  • Then add chicken with salt and turmeric powderand close the lid.
  • Let the chicken to cook in the steam. no need to add water.
