Ingredients used in RED CHILLI CHICKEN
• Whole red chilles - 10 numbers.
• Onions chopped - 1 number.
• Chicken pieces with bone or boneless - 2 lbs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Optional ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Put some oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions,then add the coarsely crushed red chilli powder and fry. Then add chicken with salt and turmeric powderand close the lid. Let the chicken to cook in the steam. no need to add water.
