Ingredients used in chicken curry
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chili powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Chicken - 300 grams.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Poppy seeds and cashew nut paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
Heat 2tablespoons of oil, add chopped onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it and cook. Now add poppy seeds and cashew nut paste, water mix it and cook. Add the chicken mix well and allow it to simmer, then add garam masala and let it cook for 15minutes, turn off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
