Ingredients used in Radish Methi Parathas
• Fenugreek leaves (chopped) - 3 bunch.
• Radish grated - 2 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Finely chopfenugreek leaves, keep aside, finely grateradish, strain the grated radish to separate the juice from it and keep aside.
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, separatedradish juice, knead well to a soft dough and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add chopped green chilies, chopped onion, turmeric powder, toss it, add grated radish, finely chopped fenugreek leaves, wheat flour,adjust seasoning, cookfor about 5 minutes and turn off the flame.
  • Take a bigger portion of dough, roll a bit, stuff with a smaller portion of prepared radish and fenugreekmixture, seal it and roll to parathas, fry on both sides with butter or oil of your choice and transfer to servingplate.

Hot and delicious Radish Methi Parathas are now ready to serve with curd or pickle of your choice.
