Ingredients used in Fat Free Mix Vegetable Indian Bread Paratha - Be Fit. Be Cool. - AAPI
• Whole wheat flour - 2 cups.
• Potato (grated) - 1 cup.
• Carrot (grated) - 1 cup.
• Radish - 1/4 cup.
• Cauliflower - 1 cup.
• Beans - 1/2 cup.
• Green chili - 4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Mint(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, add boiled and grated potatoes, carrot and radish, cauliflower, chopped beans, green chili, coriander leaves and mint, add cumin seeds powder, chat masala, salt and mix it well and make them into rounds.
  • In another bowl add whole wheat flour, salt add some water make soft dough let it rest for few minutes.
  • Divide the dough into roundels, to make paratha take a ball of the dough and roll them into a small disc by dusting enough flour.
  • Place the stuffing in the center and seal the edges together and roll it like regular chapatti.
  • Grill fry the paratha on both sides till turn golden brown.

Serve this with raitha.

And also specific significance is the Indian host's pleasure that they'll not allow a guest to go away un-fed or unsatisfied from their home. Indians are known for their amazing capability to serve meals to their guests invited or uninvited.

I liked the bowl u've used for kneading dough . Could u tell me which bowl is this. Coincidentally I was also wanting the rice cooker & this kind of bowl for dough..No measures?? I also cook & any dish I have to prepare, use an eyeball me
