Ingredients used in PUDINA RASAM
• Mint leaves - 1 cup.
• Tamarind - 10 grams.
• Red chilli - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • in a pan heat oil, add red chili, garlic, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and saute it.
  • Later add mint leaves, curry leaves, turmeric powder, water and boiled it.
  • While boiling add tamarind pulp, black pepper powder, salt and cook it for 5 minutes, then switch off the flame.
  • Now Tasty pudina rasam is ready to serve.
