Ingredients used in Mango Mousse
• Straberry or cherry - 8 number.
• Cream (i.e., in pint) - 1 number.
• Sugar - 50 grams.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Mango jelly(veg friendly) packets - 2 number.
• Mango puree - 1 can.
Method:
  • Add Mango jelly and water (as required) and boil by stirring occasionally.
  • Then add mango jelly in it and stir it for few minutes.
  • In a bowl, add 1 pint of fresh cream and whisk it.
  • Then add sugar in small quantities and whisk it till peaks are formed (approximately for 10 minutes).
  • Now, mix mango jelly mixture by pouring above prepared peak mixture by folding it.
  • Later, pour it into cups or bowls and let it set in the fridge for about an hour.

Yummy and delicious MANGo MOUSSE is ready to serve.

 Mango mousse   is a creamy, fluffy dessert with tropical flavor made with a mix of mango,  mango jelly and mango puree. Mango Mousse is truly divine, light, creamy and fluffy dessert filled with gorgeous aroma and tropical flavors lingering around. The mango’s tart sweet flavor, lush texture and tropical flavor defies comparison thus making this a exotic dessert that just melts into the mouth. Makes a good sweet dish for kids to enjoy! The dessert is rich, flavorful and high in calories.
 
Mango Mousse is light, creamy and heavenly with the gorgeous aroma and color of the mangoes. Mango is one of my most favorite seasonal fruit. It is considered the “King of all fruits”. For most foodies in India, summer is synonymous with the arrival of mangoes and each state or region have bumper sale of different varieties of mangoes and exhibit their traditional delicacies. Raw Mango or ripe mango has their own place in every kitchen in making a variety of sweet and savory dishes.    
 
Recipe: Mango Mousse:
 
 
Ingredients:
 
  1. Cream                                              -        1 pint
  2. Mango Jelly (veg friendly)        -        2 nos
  3. Mango puree                                 -        1 can
  4. Strawberry or Cherry                   -        8 nos
  5. Sugar                                               -        50 gms
  6. Water                                              -        ½ cup
Directions:
 
  1. Take heavy cream and whip until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. Mix and fold the cream into the mango mixture. Make sure that the Mango mixture is at room temperature.
  3. Take few bowls, arrange some sliced strawberries and pour the mango mixture into the bowls.
  4. Set it in the refrigerator for ½ hour.
  5. Garnish the mango mousse with pomegranate seeds and top it with whipped cream.

Commercially mango pulp is used for making a variety of mango drinksmilk shakes, juices and beverages. You need to learn the act of providing correct measurements and temperatures, random or approx quantities like "2 packets"," little bit of milk"are absolute rubbish way of teaching people who love to cook. I like your end product

I agree with Sujeet. Mine dint turned out jelly consistency. it was liquid only after keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 hrs also. wish vah chef would have given proper measurements.

@mpingola India is a English speaking country, it's an official language of the country and has been spoken there since colonial times. Indians just have a different dialect of English, much like that of southerns and valley girls do.
