Ingredients used in CORNMEAL MUFFINS
• Cornmeal - 50 gallons.
• Icing sugar - 50 grams.
• All purpose flour - 50 grams.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Soak cornmeal for 1-2 hours. Take butter and icing sugar in a bowl and mix it well to make the cream. In a different bowl take flour and baking powder, and add this in egg mixture. Make a paste by mixing it thoroughly. Add soaked cornmeal into this and mix it nicely. Grease muffin moulds with some butter and put the mixture in this. Bake this at 180 degrees centigrade for 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes of baking, they are ready to taste.
