Soya granules, soaked in water – 1 cup
Bottle gourd, grated - 2 tbsp
Potato, boiled & grated – 1 cup
Green chillies, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Onion, finely chopped - 1 no
Coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Mint leaves, finely chopped - ½ tbsp
Turmeric - pinch
Chilli pd - 1 tsp
Coriander pd - ½ tsp
Cumin pd - ¼ tsp
Garam masala - pinch
Salt - to taste
All-purpose flour - 1 tbsp
Water - as required
Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp

Bottle gourd is rich in vitamins and especially in minerals which the body requires during the hotter months of the year. Cooked lauki is cooling, calming and acts as diuretic.
