Ingredients used in Prawns Masala Potato Fry
• Prawns - 250 grams.
• Mustard oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (cubes) - 1 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Garlic cloves - 7 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry coconut pieces - 5 number.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 number.
• Potatoes (chopped) - 1 number.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper corns - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Dry roast dry red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, dry coconut pieces, garlic cloves, curry leaves, saute it.
  • Then make it into a fine paste by adding onion cubes chopped tomatoes to it.
  • Heat mustard oil in a pan, add chopped potatoes and saute it.
  • To it, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, ground masala paste, garam masala powder, mix well.
  • When oil oozes out, add prawns and cook it again for few more minutes.
  • Once it slightly becomes dry, put a lid on and cook till oil separates.

DeliciousPrawns Masala Potato Fry is now ready to serve.
