Ingredients used in POTATO CHUTNEY
• Potatoes - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilli - 4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 number.
Method:
First boil the potatoes and peel them to cut them into pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds splutter add sesame seeds and fry it for a minute then add green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves and add salt then saute it for a minute and switch off the flame and let it cool down. In a blender add all the ingredients and add required water to make a fine paste. Take boiled potatoes in bowl and add lemon juice, salt mix it well then add the sesame seed mixture and mix it. Now potato chutney is ready to serve
