MANGO AND SESAME SEEDS CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in MANGO AND SESAME SEEDS CHUTNEY
• Dry coconut - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1/4 cup.
• Raw mango - 1 numbers.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly - 4 numbers.
• Urad dal - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chana dal - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion(slices) - 1 number.
Method:
  • In a hot pan add Dry Coconut pieces, Coriander seeds and dry roast them till they are slightly cooked.
  • Then add Sesame seeds and dry roast it too till it gives a nice aroma. Then add sliced onions and cook slightly till it gets soft.
  • Remove it from the flame and transfer it into a blender to make a coarse paste.
  • Now also add the pieces of raw mango in it and add salt then blend it again.
  • Take it in a bowl and add the tempering on top of it.

Serve it with hot rice.
