Ingredients used in RED SORREL LEAVES CHUTNEY
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Garlic - 8-10 cloves.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red sorrel leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
  • Heat pan, dry roast sesame seeds and transfer into a blender to make fine powder.
  • In the same pan add oil, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, red sorrel leaves and saute it, later transfer into same blender.
  • To it add salt and blend into a smooth paste.
  • To it add onions and mix nicely.

Now red sorrel leaves chutney is ready to serve with rice.
