Ingredients used in POP CORN
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Corn seeds - half cup.
• Red chilli powder - to taste.
• Turmaric - pinch.
Method:
  • Heat Oil In Pressure Cooker directly(Any Other with Heavy Bottomed with lid and should allow to pop).
  • Add Corn seeds,turmeric and let them fry 1 minute on medium flame with out any lid on it.
  • Now when you see seeds are getting cooked place your cooker lid up side down leaving a small gap to escape steam out.
  • Now you will listen the sound of popping seeds.
  • When sound stops remove from flame and put salt and red chilli powder.
  • Store them in a air tight container at room temperture.
