GNOCCHI WITH CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients used in GNOCCHI WITH CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE
• Potato - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 1/2 cup.
• Egg - 1/2 numbers.
• Oil - 6 teaspoons.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Chilli flakes - 2 pinch.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 number.
• Crushed pepper - 1 pinch.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• Tomato puree - 2 teaspoons.
• Pepper powder - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Cream - 1-2 tablespoon.
• Chives - 1 tea spoon.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add hot mashed potato, salt, flour, beaten egg and make it like a dough.
  • Take small portion of dough and with gratter roll it.
  • Repeat the process for all gnocchi's and keep it a side.
  • In a hot boiling water add salt, oil and add gnocchi's for boiling it.
  • Then transfer in to a plate add some oil and rest it.
  • Take a pan add oil, chopped garlic, chopped onions, chilli flakes and saute it.
  • Then add tomatoes without seeds, salt, crushed pepper, mixed herbs and saute it.
  • After a while add tomato puree, salt, pepper powder, sugar, cream and water.
  • Then add boiled gnocchi dumplings, chives and toast it.
  • Transfer into a plate grate it with cheese and garnish with chives.

Now gnocchi with creamy tomato soup is ready to serve.
