Ingredients used in Poori Curry
• Potato - 1 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic (paste) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Chick pea flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Poori dough - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, mustard seeds, onions, green chillies, curry leaves, little salt and saute it for a one minute.
  • Add potato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and saute it, cook with the lid on for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add tomato, on high flame saute it. Add salt and cook tomato.
  • In a bowl, add water, chickpea flour and mix nicely without any lumps.
  • Once the tomato is cooked add water and boil it, check for seasoning and add salt and mix it.
  • To it add chickpea flour and cook until it comes to slightly thick consistency.
  • At last, add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • To make poori dough: Take a bowl, add wheat flour, little salt, water, mix nicely to make a stiff dough.
  • Divide dough into small dumpling and roll into small poori and deep fry in hot oil.

Now poori curry is ready to serve with poori’s.
