Ingredients used in Pointed gourd Parval nu Shaak
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Parval vegetable - 250 grams.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, add parval vegetable, salt, hing, turmeric powder, and saute this for 1 minute, put the lid on.
  • After cooking in the add coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala, cook for some time, add coriander leaves and switched off the flame.

Serve this with rice, chapattis.
