Pizza Cookies, very yummy, mouth - watering and addictive pizza flavored cookies made with aromatic spices and herbs that actually go in making a pizza. Cookie pizza is a delish summer dessert loved by all. The Pizza cookies are brilliant and awesome snack that can be served during kid’s birthday parties or events etc. They are absolutely delicious and attractive to eat. Normally kids love eating fast foods like pizzas, burgers, cheese nuggets etc., hence this amazing cookie would surely tempt and allure their delicate taste buds in eating more and more.
Recipe: Pizza Cookies
- Cheese - 150 gms
- Oregano - 4 gms
- Tomato paste - 20 gms
- Tomatoes, sun dried - 20 gms
- Olives, chopped - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 150 gms
- All-purpose flour - 175 gms
- Red Chilli flakes - 2 tbsp
- Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour (maida), sugar, chopped olives, sun dried tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, processed cheese, butter and mix well to make a soft dough.
- Cover and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Roll the dough into thin sheet, sprinkle chilli flakes on top, roll once and then cut them with help of flower shape cutter.
- Transfer into a greased baking tray and bake at 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
