Ingredients used in Pappu Charu
• Ginger garlic paste - half tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Turermic powder - pinch.
• Hing - pinch.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Green chilli - 4 number.
• Red chilli dry - 3 number.
• Cumin seedsq - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seed - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Tamarind juice - 2 cup.
• Toor dal cooked - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 2 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil Dal and mash keep it a side.Take pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillis dry, onions, hing, turmeric, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, tomatos mix well and now add tamarind juice, chilli powder, salt cook till it comes to boil then. 
  • Add some more water as need let it come to boil again.Now add boiled dal and mix well,now add sugar, ghee and cook for 5 minutes.

Hi Vahchef I like all about your presentation of cooking but there is one mistake (my opinion) , you never say for how many people we can serve one item. (for new cook i think its impotent). thanks a lot.
