PAPAD PANEER MAKHINI

Ingredients used in PAPAD PANEER MAKHINI
• Masala papad - 5 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spinach(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Paneer(grated) - 1 cup.
• Butter - 4 0.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Kasuri methi - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1/2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Nutmeg - 2 pinch.
• Sugar - 2 pinch.
• Fresh cream - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take masala papad and place it on wet cloth.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic, onion, salt and saute it.
  • Add spinach, red chili flakes, chickpea flour, paneer and saute stuffing mixture.
  • Take the wet papad and place stuffing mixture and roll it.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil with little butter, place stuffed papad then cook it on all sides and later transfer into a plate.
  • Heat little more butter in the same pan and add ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, tomato, red chili powder, salt, tomato puree, little water and saute it.
  • Add garam masala, nutmeg, sugar and saute it.
  • To it add fried papad roll, fresh cream and place lid and cook it on slow flame for 2 minutes.

Now papad paneer makhini is ready to serve.
