Ingredients used in PANEER 65
• Paneer pieces - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic - 3 clove.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Yogurt - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tea spoon.
• Yellow mustard paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Cheese slices - 1 number.
• Green chillies - (1-2) numbers.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Take a mixie jar, add green chilies, garlic, curry leaves and blend into the coarse paste and transfer to a bowl.
  • Then add to it red chilly powder, all-purpose flour, rice flour, garam masala, salt, yogurt, little water and make a batter.
  • Dip paneer cubes in batter and deep fry in hot oil, transfer into a paper towel.
  • Then take a bowl, add tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard paste, salt, sugar, vinegar and mix the sauce nicely.
  • Heat in a pan add paneer once it is hot transfer into a serving plate and arrange paneer pieces of cheese slices and pour sauce on its top. 

Now paneer 65 is ready to serve.

Paneer is easier than other cheese to make at home. It needs only few hours for all process and only two ingredients- To make delicious paneer boil milk and an acid (lemon juice or vinegar) is added, add resulting into lumps and greenish whey are separated. Paneer are simply pressed into a cube and then sliced or chopped or grated.

Paneer can be combine with almost every veggie like peas, spinach, tomato, potato capsicum, etc. Some common paneer dishes: Matar Paneer, Palak Paneer, Shahi Paneer, Paneer Tikka, Paneer Pakora, Stuffed Paneer paratha, Rasogulla

In nowadays, most of the international restaurant in India also have paneer as one of the flavor in wraps, pizza topping or in sandwiches.
