Palak And Soooji Dhokla

Ingredients used in Palak And Soooji Dhokla
• Semolina - 1 cup.
• Buttermilk - 1 (1/2) cup.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Spinach (finely chopped) - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Fruit salt - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Soak semolina mixed with buttermilk for 30-45minutes.
  • Take a bowl, add soaked semolina, little water, green chilies, salt, lime juice, ginger, spinach, 2 tsp oil and mix nicely.
  • To it add fruit salt, mix it and pour this mixture into an oil greased tray and place it in a steamer for 10-15 minutes. Allow it rest and cut into pieces.

Now palak and sooji dhokla is ready to serve.
