Ingredients used in Mutton Chops with Green Masala
• Onions - 4 - 5 numbers.
• Saunf - 1 tea spoon.
• Cloves - 4 - 6 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 small.
• Coconut (grated) - 2 piece.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Green chilles - 6 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Mutton - 1 kg pound.
• Geera (optional) - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil/ghee - 4 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Wash and cut the mutton into big pieces.
  • Grind the green chillies, coriander leaves, coconut, cinnamon, cloves, saunf and ginger- garlic paste andgrind it smoothly. Keep aside.
  • Heat ghee/oil in a vessel and fry the onions till golden brown. Add the ground paste and fry well.
  • Add the mutton and mix well.
  • Add the salt and turmeric powder. Cook till done.
  • The mutton should be dry with enough thick gravy.

Serve It With Hot Rice.
