Ingredients used in Mutton and Carrot Kheema
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Carrot (chopped) - 500 grams.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 5 grams.
• Garlic (chopped) - 5 grams.
• Onions (chopped) - 100 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - springs.
• Salt and pepper - to taste.
Method:
  • Mince the meat .Chop carrot into small piece .
  • Chop garlic , ginger and onions .Keep green chillies whole .
  • Mix prepared ingredients ,turmeric ,salt ,and pepper .Add sufficient water to cook minced meat fairly dry .
  • When meat is done and carrots well cooked, and chopped coriander leaves and remove .

Serve hot .
