Ingredients used in MOLAGU KORAMBU
• Pepper - 2 tablespoons.
• Cheera - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Tamarind - 10 grams.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Urad dal - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add pepper, urad dal, green chillies, cheera, curry leaves, tamarind and saute it and keep aside. 2. Then take it into the mixie jar and blend it to paste using water. 3. Then place the pan and add the paste and cook for 5 mins. 4. Now the molagu korambu is ready to serve with rice or roti.
