Ingredients used in Mix Vegetables Fried Samosa Momos
• Oil - as required.
• Cauliflower (chopped) - 1 number.
• Cabbage (chopped) - 1 number.
• Potato (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1 number.
• Beans (chopped) - 4 number.
• Garlic (chopped) - 5 number.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Maida - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Crush pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Eggs (boiled) - 4 number.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Heat a pan, add finely chopped cauliflower, cabbage, potato, green chilies, carrot, beans, garlic, butter and saute well.
  • Now add cumin powder, red chili powder, crush pepper powder and cook it.
  • Take boiled and sliced egg pieces on a plate, sprinkle salt and red chili powder and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl add maida, salt, butter mix it to a samosa dough by adding water and let it rest it for about 10 minutes.
  • Now takesmall portions of dough, roll them into pooris and stuff the prepared curry, seal it and deep fry the momos.

Serve hot Mix Vegetables Fried Samosa Momos with tomato ketchup.
