CHICKEN QUESADILLA MULTI LAYER

Ingredients used in CHICKEN QUESADILLA MULTI LAYER
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Cornmeal flour - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(slices) - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Green bell pepper(sliced) - 1/2 cup.
• Yellow bell pepper(sliced) - 1/2 cup.
• Red bell pepper(sliced) - 1/2 cup.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chicken stock - 1/2 cup.
• Hunk yogurt - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Avocado(slices) - 1/2 cup.
• Boiled chicken - 1 cup.
• Cheese(grated) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, cornmeal flour, salt, baking powder, butter, little water and mix nicely to make dough, keep aside for 5 minute
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chillies, onions, coriander powder, mixed herbs and saute it.
  • To it add red chili paste, vinegar, little salt, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, red chili flakes, little chicken stock and cook it.
  • Divide dough into portion and roll it, cook it on both sides.
  • Place the aluminum foil and cooked tortillas and apply butter, hunk yogurt.
  • Spread cooked bell pepper mixture, avocado, boiled chicken.
  • Place one more tortillas and repeat same process for 4 layers.
  • On last tortillas apply butter and sprinkle some cheese on top.
  • Fold edges of foil and place in oven and bake it at 180 degree for 5 -8 minutes.
  • Cut into triangle pieces.

Now chicken quesadillas is ready to serve with any salsa.
