Ingredients used in SWEET BANANA BREAD BAJJI
• Jam - 1/2 cup.
• Bread slice - 2 number.
• Cream cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Banana - 1 number.
• Egg - 2 number.
• Milk - 1 tablespoon.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 4-5 tablespoons.
• Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Chocolate sauce - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Spread jam on bread slices and top it with cream cheese. Top one slice with banana ( cut lengths pieces) and cover it with another bread slice, press slightly. Separate egg yolks and whites in 2 separate bowls. Whisk egg white and keep aside. In a bowl, add egg yolks, milk, vanilla essence, butter, sugar, all purpose flour, baking powder and mix nicely. Add egg white mixture and slowly mix the batter. Cut stuffed bread into pieces and dip in batter and deep fry in hot oil. Transfer to a plate and cut into pieces. Now sweet banana bread bajji is ready to serve with any chocolate sauce on its top.
