MINT CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in MINT CHUTNEY
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry red chillies - 4-5 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint leaves - 2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind - 4-5 grams.
Method:
  • Heat a pan and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, dry red chilies and dry roast and transfer into a blender to make powder.
  • In the same pan add oil, cleaned mint leaves and saute until it becomes dry.
  • Transfer into a same mixie jar and add salt, soaked tamarind, little water and blend to make a smooth paste.

Now mint chutney is ready to serve.
