JEERA AND CHILLI PICKLE

Ingredients used in JEERA AND CHILLI PICKLE
• Jeera - 1/4 cup.
• Red chilli - 10 numbers.
• Tamarind (soaked) - 10 grams.
• Jaggery - 10 grams.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chili (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • In a pan heat oil and add jeera, red chili saute it in a slow flame, then add soaked tamarind mix it well then switch off the flame and let it cool down and this mixture into the blender and also add jaggery, salt make it into a paste.
  • In a bowl add jeera and chilli pickle in this add chopped onions, chopped green chillies.

Serve this with curd rice and any snack items.
