MASALA LACHA PARATA

Ingredients used in MASALA LACHA PARATA
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chili paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1 pinch.
• Sour buttermilk - 1/2 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Ground nut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, carom seeds, turmeric powder, sour buttermilk and mix thoroughly to make paratha dough.
  • Knead dough with little oil and rest it for 15 -20 minutes..
  • Roll the dough into thin and big sheet then apply oil, sprinkle red chili flakes, onions, groundnut powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, garam masala.
  • Apply water to corners and roll it like as shown in video, later divide dough into 8 equal half.
  • Dust some flour and press it lightly, later place coriander on top and roll small paratha.
  • Heat oil in a pan, place the paratha and cook it, turn to other side and cook it with little more oil.
